CAREERS FAQ

How do I apply? The instructions for applying to any available positions are clearly listed for each on our Careers page. Applicants that do not follow these instructions will not be considered.

Where are you located? Our headquarters is in Arlington VA, just outside of DC. However, most of our positions offer the ability to work remotely, so it is unlikely we would request a candidate to relocate.

What is the application process? First, candidates should follow the instructions for application for the desired position. We will review each submission. Selected candidates will be contacted for a phone/Skype interview to discuss further.

What is the salary? The salary ranges for each position are listed on our AngelList page here. Pay is experience- and quality-based. For example, if an applicant desires a Front End Developer position but is able to handle the responsibilities of a UX Designer as well, he/she can expect to be paid more. WythMe pays competitively for the current marketplace.

Do you offer a strict Mobile Developer position? The responsibilities associated with mobile development fall within the position of Front End Developer. Because we have both a mobile and web interface, we prefer candidates to be able to work on both.

Are you hiring iOS-Only or Android-Only Developers? We will consider candidates from varied skill sets; however, we prefer developers who are able to work on both operating systems. Please refer to the job descriptions on the main Careers Page for detailed information.

Can I work part-time or project-based? We prefer to hire full-time candidates. However, depending on skill level and quality of work, we would possibly consider the right candidate for part-time employment.

I’m not in the US. Should I still apply? We welcome qualified applicants from both the US and abroad. However, at this time we cannot sponsor a work visa for US relocation.

Are you considering interns? Currently we do not have an internship program, but we’ve been discussing it. We recommend sending your resume, and if we launch such a program we will reach out to qualified candidates.
