The following is our Mutual Commitment to Hiring Excellence:

Maintain an appropriate level of privacy between Company and Applicant. Company will not share Applicant’s personal information with any third parties, including name, email address, telephone number, or other Personally Identifiable Information without the explicit consent of both parties.
Judge Applicant submissions based off merit, quality of work, and coherence with desired Company direction.
Make clear the Company’s interview process. Applicant is requested to submit applications as per the instructions listed on Company’s Careers page, http://www.wyth.me/careers. Company will screen applications, resumes, and CVs prior to scheduling interviews. If Applicant is selected, he/she will be contacted for a phone/Skype interview.
Applicant may be asked for samples of work, reference checks, criminal background checks, and drug testing at the request of the Company. Applicant has the right to refuse these requests.
If Company is satisfied with resume, work samples, reference checks, criminal background checks, drug testing, or any combination of these, it may at its own discretion reach out to Applicant with an Offer of Employment.
Company maintains a strict policy of at-will employment for all its staff.
As part of MCHE, by submitting an application to Company Applicant agrees:
To provide honest and forthright information when requested by Company, insomuch as it pertains to employment.
To comply with all EEO regulations heretofore mentioned, if hired.
Applicant grants Company a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual right and license to all contributions submitted to Company by Applicant, including, but not limited to, software, coding, graphics, artwork, ideas, suggestions, or any discussions related to Company’s technology, product, concept, or business models. Applicant hereby relinquishes all copyrights and claims to submitted contributions and Company is free to use, modify, republish, sell, or give away any contribution without prior consent from Applicant.
Both Company and Applicant hereby agree to these terms, and shall continue to strive to foster an environment of fairness and equality in hiring and employment.
